The 10-man version of Ulduar was cleared tonight (with the exception of Algalon). Post-patch instance instability has prevented us from making as much progress in the 25-man as we'd like, but we've cleared six bosses there so far, and it shouldn't be far behind.
Unfortunately, Black Proto-Drakes have to wait until next week, after we run some 20-man Naxxramas...

25-man version of the Malygos 5-minute achievement completed tonight, another Illidan horde first.
The 5-minute Malygos achievement was completed in EoE10 Sunday night, a horde first on Illidan. Should have several Plagued Proto-Drake mounts coming on Tuesday, and hopefully the 25-man version will be taken care of soon as well.

Our biggest remaining challenge in WotLK was taken care of tonight, with a group of ours finishing what's certainly the most difficult fight in the game currently, 10-man Sartharion with three drakes up. Our kill is tied for #22 in the US.
Nice work all, and grats Aurora on [Reins of the Black Drake]...
And thus, WotLK is complete. I'd like to thank everyone involved in the kill, especially for staying after our normal raid times to get shots on the boss when the servers weren't lagging to hell.

Although it's hardly saying much, this was definitely our biggest challenge to date in WotLK, and also a server third on Illidan. The 3-drake version looks far crazier, hopefully that'll follow before too long. The higher level "hard mode" loot was [Obsidian Greathelm], which went to Nomepunter. Nice work everyone.
What came first, the dragon or the lag?
The lag, of course. The constant 10-second spikes of no activity at all during every P2 was more than a little obnoxious. Then the little dragons came out, then the big dragon fell over.
Loots were a [Hood of Rationality] to Bouncinballs, [Legplates of Sovereignty] to Lyrocela, [Frosted Adroit Handguards] to Beleth, and [Blanketing Robes of Snow] to Bleeziez.
The new 25-man, and ridiculously easy, version of Naxxramas was cleared Sunday night in our first night of level 80 raiding. Sartharion was taken care of Monday.
Sunday night we took out King Magni Bronzebeard in Ironforge in a raid including over 100 players from Angry, Encore, and Blood Legion. It ended up taking well over an hour of combat to kill the King, and everyone present was able to get the achievement.
On Monday night, we received word that King Varian Wyrnn had moved out to Stormwind Harbor as part of the pre-WotLK events. We headed in to Stormwind through the harbor and took him out there, providing the last achievement that many of us needed for our Black War Bears.
Special thanks to Blood Legion and Encore, I'm sure that without all three guilds this never would have been possible before WotLK. The bear mounts are a server first, and probably last as far as pre-WotLK goes, as it's unlikely any other group will be able to achieve the feat at level 70. Grats all.
