transfers into illidan being closed for around 2 months is a pretty big problem, too, though.

Patch day today; have to see how bad it is with the new "optimizations" they put in.

But yeah, the two-month lock-down is going to be causing a lot of bleeding for anyone who didn't have a sudden resurgence of returning members. We'll see though - if the latency is fixed, they'll probably pull the queue threshold, and then re-open transfers in. Perhaps that's overly optimistic... but at the very least, I'd wait to find out what these changes bring.

I'd be pretty suprised if transfers aren't opened here shortly, usually after they offer free transfers off the server they open up paid transfers again

Alliance side wise, recruitment is terribad.

And yes, Xfers have been locked for 2months. One of the main reasons why Risen Xfered.

So far we're in naxx and it is much better, but there is still random lag, ie thaddius.

Now, A lot of people ie casual guilds are not raiding today cause of patch etc etc. So thats helping out alot.

We're hoping to clear all 25man crap tonite and start Xfering off tomorrow or so.

I know man sucks.

Well its official, Saga has left the building. We are on Haomarush PVP server.

Its a medium population server with a decent alliance = horde balance.

No lag whatso ever in 25man instances reported, nor in the 2 weeks we've been looking at the server. I dont even think Wintersgrasp lags the server any bit.

The down side is that theres only 1 guild there that has done 3drake sartharion in 25 man. None in 10man.

But most of our recruits are usually Xfers anyways.

Its also apart of a great BG group.

Anywho, in our last patchwerk, no one ran a parse. But according to my accurate recount, I came up on top. Some peeps were still pvp spec and stuff, but we managed a 2minute 30sec kill. not our best, but it was the best damage for myself.

I pulled off 5500DPS .

as far as Celestial focus goes. I have not respec'd. It was a pvp nerf. Its still a very good pve talent since it affects all haste buff, ie trinkets, potion and hero/bloodlust.
So i haven't bothered respecing. My talent build has NO mana regen talents. Theres no need for it right now. Even on 3rdake25man Sartharion. I use an innnervate and a pot.

I have not done 3drake 10 man sartharion lately because i haven'tbeen available to do it. But I don't think it will be that big of a deal with a replenish person in the raid.

PS is it just me or are shadow priesting doing way too much damage?
Those 'fixes' seem a bit too much imo.

there's apparently a bug with shadow priests atm, makes mind flay do more damage than it's supposed to. documented on some forums.

I saw what you wrote before, and yes nukers will ahve have higher dps in the END.

The reason? Haste. Haste affects our speed of our nukes better than DOTS.

Haste stops benefitting you at .5 reduction.

Yes dots can crit, but there will be a 'soft wall' as to increasing your dps since haste does not afftect the actual speed the dots tick at.

But DoT classes will always be competive due to moving gimicks in fights.

SP/affliction locks always have a higher DPS TIME than anyclass when you are doing gimmic fights. see heigan.

So it sort of balances out.
